We also act for many of the leading local and international trust companies, regularly advising on a broad range of trust administration issues, both contentious and non-contentious. This advice has taken the Firm to the forefront in advising on the formation of private trust companies and charitable foundations and their use in the international estate planning arena.

In addition to advising trustees, we also advise settlors, beneficiaries and protectors and undertake wills and probate work, particularly where this involves cross-border issues.
