Head of the Firm's Litigation team, Alan is widely recognised as one of the Isle of Man's leading commercial litigators. Regarded as one of the Island's foremost practitioners in the fields of asset tracing and injunctive relief, Alan is well regarded among his clients for his vigorous yet pragmatic approach. He has appeared in many of the leading Isle of Man cases over the past thirty years, including the celebrated Rossminster case, the extensive litigation which followed the collapse of Savings and Investment Bank and other famous cases such as Barlow Clowes, Schmidt v Rosewood Trust and LaSala & Zeidman v Poyiadjis.
