GOUGH fiduciary LLC provides registered office and company secretarial facilities for Isle of Man companies and partnerships, including compliance with all statutory and other legal requirements to maintain client companies in good standing. This includes maintenance of company registers, minute books and other records, preparation of company minutes and other necessary corporate documentation. In addition, documentation relating, for example, to company changes of name and changes in shareholders, directors or officers, as well as more routine company secretarial procedures.

GOUGH fiduciary LLC is a limited liability company organised in the Isle of Man no. 837L licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.
