Our Corporate Department has an established reputation as one of the Isle of Man's leading banking, corporate and commercial practices.

We seek to work in partnership with our corporate clients and to deliver timely high quality legal advice that is nonetheless commercial, practical and tailored to their needs.

We act for clients which include Isle of Man based private companies, international conglomerates, local and overseas government departments and global financial institutions. A significant proportion of the Department's instructions come through leading international law firms based in the City of London and other global financial centres.
